Evaluating the activities and outcomes of The Network

We are committed to evaluating the activities and outcomes of The Network Gippsland: For Doctors, By Doctors. This evaluation will involve two components; post-event surveys following each of our Network events and interviews with people interested in The Network Gippsland and practicing medicine in the region.

As our name indicates, the network is “for doctors, by doctors”, so the evaluation team involves existing Network participants, with Network Chair Dr Noah Pallant, Network IMG Representative Dr Farnaz Jahani, and Network members Drs Sophie Fontaine and Saahithya Reddy making up the clinical evaluation team.

In addition, A/Prof Matthew Carroll from Monash Rural Health has kindly agreed to work with the team to implement the evaluation, which has been approved by the Monash Human Research Ethics Committee.
